Meet Etta Hornsteiner

Etta Hornsteiner is a board-certified health and wellbeing coach-practitioner who focuses on helping her clients minimize stress and prevent burnout by helping them shift from time stress to time growth to improve health and wellbeing, and enhance performance and relationships. She is certified by the National Board of Health and Wellness Coaching and by the International
Coaching Federation. Also, as a certified HeartMath® practitioner, Etta is passionate about helping her clients utilize science-based techniques to transform stress into opportunities for growth.  

Etta trained at the Maryland University of Integrative Health where she received a master’s degree in health and wellness coaching and at Duke Integrative Medicine where she obtained a coaching certification in health and wellbeing. She holds a bachelor’s degree with honors in English from Acadia University in Nova Scotia, Canada, and a master’s degree in education from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Additionally, Etta is a former personal trainer and bodybuilder. She has functioned as the editor of Transformational Living magazine, a faith-based online publication, for ten years. She is the author of Ten Guiding Lights to Health and Wholeness.

Etta is passionate about seeing people function optimally and live fully by helping them redesign their life spaces and transform their relationships with time.
