It’s time to live.
Coaching Program includes
It’s time to clear the mental clutter—the beliefs, the attitudes, and assumptions that no longer serve you at this juncture in your life. It’s time to inhabit your space with empowering thoughts, expand your horizon—your consciousness, and explore your life and work from different perspectives in becoming your future self. Who are called to be and become? What are you called to do?
Each Session is 60 minutes.
I create a space for you which is shaped by you. Though you shape the space, I fill it with affirmation and inspiration. It’s a space where you are safe to look in the mirror and be supported in love.
You’re never left alone. You’ll receive a customer care and support from me in between the coaching sessions.
Inspiration can be transient. That’s why a weekly short inspiration in between our coaching sessions helps to keep you energized and motivated on your journey.
Each session contains a guided meditation. I help you to create more mental space, so that you can hear the voice of wisdom with clarity.
